How will the American Idol live voting thing work?
Last week on American Idol Ryan Seacrest said that they would be opening the phone lines during the results show to hear from viewers, and I am just wondering what it is exactly and how it is going to work…
LoL, I know how to vote normally, but it’s something new that they are trying out next week… I don’t know much about it.

You’re not calling in to vote, but to ask the judging panel, Ryan, the band, or the contestants a question:).
An example:
If David Archuleta is your favorite you could call in and if you’re chosen ask him what his favorite music is, favorite band, what song he would like to perform, which theme he would most like to have on the show, etc.
I would imagine that would just happen on the elimination nights.
You’ll still vote on Tuesday and on Wednesday you could try and be one of the lucky callers who has their question asked on the air:).

after the show you call the number of the person you want to win like 1866idols then the number of the person they went like 09,04,10
