She goes in and out of frame because it’s a continuous shot from one camera, whereas the actual show is shot by many cameras from many angles. What you see here is only one of them. It confused me at first as well, looked like it was filmed poorly.

I think I liked it the first time she sang it better. I just wish she put 1:38 into her first performance of this song and it would’ve been perfect.
