she sings bad?? what about the original singer of this song?? she sang it better?? i don’t think so…this young lady sings her a** off….i never watched American Idol this season…this young lady has made me regret that…i think she is great..Best of luck to you Carly Smithson!!!

I love Carly Smithson! She really is great! I do think though that she was pushing her pure chest a little to high. She should’ve mixed a little more. Love her though!

Loved this performance. Carly went after nearly every song on Idol with 100% of what she had. She said the goal was to push the vocal.

one of the best songs , witch are performed of one of the best singers in this season. Maybe she wasn`t the best, maybe it`s better, that she didn`t win, but this song will always be in my memories, and that was perfect performance.

Her Moms hot, but she clearly isn’t connecting with the material .This chicks never had her fukin heart ripped out by an unrequited love and is cheesing out with the overemoting.
Manly overtones to her voice too. Some power and talent, but raw raw raw. Amatuer with potential but bad song selection.
